Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of employee benefit implementations for smaller clients, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will oversee projects from initiation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Define employee benefit scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Utilize software to manage project plans, timelines, and track progress against milestones
• Provide ongoing support for active clients regarding member eligibility files and benefits documentation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client services or implementation role
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and collaborating cross-functionally
• Ability to systematically investigate and resolve technical and service-related issues
• Resourcefulness in navigating complex situations to find optimal solutions
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently
