Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
As the first point of contact for clients onboarding to a production finance platform, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage project setups, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate essential supplies to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze client questions and escalate issues to appropriate teams while ensuring client satisfaction
- Provide timely client support services through calls and emails, and assist in collecting necessary project information
- Utilize Asana to track client journeys and complete software project setups as required
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of software implementation or project onboarding experience
- Experience supporting accounting or business operations software
- Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
