Leading professional services engagements, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage client implementations, provide training, and conduct needs assessments while ensuring projects are completed on-time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Implement coordinated project plans for successful client implementations and conversions across the platform suite
- Provide product training and escalated application support, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and maintain regular status updates to clients and internal teams
Required qualifications
- A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting
- Exceptional project planning skills with a proven ability to multi-task
- Experience in providing in-house and remote training
