Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Implementation Specialist will manage the onboarding process for Direct and TPA cases, ensuring successful data collection, carrier submission, and hand-off to the Account Management team.

Key responsibilities:

• Attend demo calls and conduct kick-off calls with brokers to review sold cases
• Collect and review necessary documentation from brokers and carriers, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Provide clients with Implementation Timelines and confirm all plan designs and rates

Required qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Knowledge of Carrier Eligibility system requirements preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to accurately compile data and perform detailed work
