Job Summary
Leading implementation projects for loan origination software, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist II will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery and data gathering to system configuration, training, and post-launch support for financial institutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project timelines
- Partner with customers to gather requirements and confirm configuration needs for the loan origination platform
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage communication across stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or client success within fintech or financial services
- Familiarity with loan origination processes and the loan lifecycle from application to funding
- Experience implementing SaaS or customer-facing financial software solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
