Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Managing the implementation of Deluxe-proposed solutions, the full-time Implementation Specialist II will oversee multiple small projects and assist in larger implementations, ensuring quality and client satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Implement up to five small projects simultaneously and assist on larger complex projects, ensuring adherence to client billability levels
- Customize software applications and prepare customer-specific data according to project documentation
- Test systems prior to delivery, document defects, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering with 2 years of experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 6 years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Windows-based operating systems/networks
- Experience in implementing or supporting software solutions
