Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Leading customer implementations from kickoff through handoff, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage identity and device-management projects, guide customers through technical decisions, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations, translating goals and technical requirements into clear decisions and timelines
- Drive projects by coordinating stakeholders and maintaining proactive communication
- Configure identity, access, and device-management solutions while troubleshooting technical issues
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IAM, identity security, or related implementation work
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace
- At least 1 year of IT support or customer-facing technical experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
