Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the onboarding experience for clients, the remote Implementation Specialist will manage end-to-end project execution, translating client workflows into system configurations while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Translate client workflows and requirements into system configurations and provide necessary documentation
• Lead training sessions and troubleshoot client issues, maintaining clear communication throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in client-facing software implementation or project management, preferably in fintech or financial services
• High proficiency in software systems and data tools, along with advanced proficiency in using AI models
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent implementations
• Proven ability to build client trust and credibility quickly
• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
