Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Client-focused and detail-oriented, the full-time Implementation Specialist will manage the onboarding process for Filing Services, Tax API, and other partners while serving as a product subject matter expert and applying strong project management skills in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide partners through a successful end-to-end onboarding experience as their primary point of contact
• Collaborate with Filing Services and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth partner handoffs
• Manage site configurations and data imports, utilizing knowledge of portal functions and workflow logic

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of SaaS implementation experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
• Knowledge of surplus lines tax filing and compliance preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
