Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the implementation process from post-sale handoff through go-live, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist will manage multiple customer projects, coordinating configuration, data migration, workflows, training, and launch readiness to ensure successful transitions onto Prospyr.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer implementations from Sales handoff through successful go-live, including building implementation plans and maintaining clear communication
• Guide customers through the configuration of their Prospyr environment and validate setup prior to go-live
• Coordinate data migration and third-party integrations while delivering role-based customer training for go-live readiness

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer success
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Experience in healthcare, EMR, medical aesthetics, wellness, payments, or vertical SaaS is a plus
• Proficiency in learning complex software and product configuration
• Strong customer communication and training skills
