Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Providing post-sale provisioning and implementation of strategic products/services, the remote Implementation Specialist will ensure contractual requirements are met while maintaining exceptional service levels for commercial customers.
Key responsibilities
- Review Scope of Work and Data Gathering Forms for accuracy and completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project implementation, communicating with customers and internal departments to meet project timelines
- Prepare and lead status meetings with stakeholders to ensure project progress and address any issues
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in the telephony industry, focusing on project management and order entry
- Extensive knowledge of data-gathering forms and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Deep understanding of Ethernet, VoIP, and Managed Services
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and order workflow processes
