Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Professional Services team, the full-time Implementation Specialist will manage the deployment of enterprise-grade SaaS and RaaS solutions for global customers, focusing on customer onboarding, configuration, integration, and training in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their business requirements and technical objectives
- Translate customer requirements into implementation designs and execute testing strategies to validate quality and functionality
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure coordinated delivery and document implementation decisions and best practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Proven project management experience with a track record of driving initiatives from planning through execution
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working cross-functionally with customers and technical stakeholders
