Key responsibilities:
- Gather and document client configuration requirements to support implementation planning
- Configure solution components to align with client workflows and operational needs
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and schedules to validate readiness for production
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software, technology, or financial services implementations
- 3+ years of experience gathering business requirements and coordinating implementation tasks
- Experience using structured test plans and process documentation for implementation quality
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, technology, or a related field
