Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
To drive successful project delivery, the remote Implementation Specialist will extract and configure customer data from documentation to support payments, ensuring a best-in-class experience for customers, sites, and patients.
Key responsibilities
- Review and interpret global customer documentation related to study activities, including contracts and budgets
- Identify quality risks and apply best practices to configure customer data into study activities
- Collaborate with business partners to verify study requirements and participate in internal and external calls regarding implementation issues
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, preferably in contract management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical skills to dissect clinical trial financial documents
- Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management skills to support shifting priorities
