Implementation Specialist, Benefits

Job Summary

To support seamless client integration with the platform, the full-time Implementation Specialist, Benefits will manage program plan implementations for new and existing clients, collaborating cross-functionally and providing expert guidance throughout the onboarding process in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute client implementations while coordinating with various internal teams to achieve implementation deliverables
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with clients, providing education on product design and addressing service enhancement opportunities
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and support sales efforts to optimize service delivery and client value

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum of three years of relevant industry experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with OnBase document management system (preferred)
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles with a focus on client satisfaction and escalation management
