Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - Client Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer value through stable and structured new client implementation programs
• Track implementation tasks and maintain the dashboard in SmartSheet
• Create and maintain client-specific work papers throughout the implementation process

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience in a healthcare business office setting
• Strong business application proficiency, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness and ability to adapt to changing needs and scope of work
