Implementation Specialist II

Job Summary

Leading software implementation and deployment projects for financial institutions, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist II will manage complex solutions, serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, and support customer initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company during implementations, conversions, and upgrades
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of implementation activities
• Gather and document client requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate project success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, or software implementation
• Prior banking and/or fintech experience is required
• Experience using SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of JSON and relational database concepts
