Job Summary

Executing high-volume project setups and configurations, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist II will manage complex software implementations tailored to unique production requirements while providing ongoing support and training to new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of complex software project setups and configurations based on production requirements
• Manage inbound setup requests and support tickets, ensuring accuracy and timely completion across multiple projects
• Utilize project management tools and collaborate with team members to maintain setup quality and consistency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience with complex, configurable software platforms (e.g., ERP, payroll, accounting)
• 1+ year of experience in software implementation or project onboarding
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and configure multi-layered software systems
• Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
