Job Summary
Leading implementation projects for loan origination software, the full-time remote Implementation Specialist II will manage the entire lifecycle from client onboarding and data gathering to system configuration, testing, and post-launch support.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project timelines
- Partner with financial institution clients to gather requirements and confirm configuration needs for the loan origination platform
- Deliver customer training and provide hands-on support throughout the implementation and early post-launch phases
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or client success within the fintech or financial services sector
- Familiarity with loan origination processes and lending workflows
