Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - Payroll & Tax to onboard new clients to their payroll platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure the UKG Ready platform to meet client-specific payroll and tax requirements
  • Conduct testing to ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance
  • Train clients on UKG Ready features and provide ongoing support
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with UKG Ready or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll and tax administration, preferably in an implementation or consulting role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and tax administration software, with preferred experience in UKG Ready
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
