Implementation Staff Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing outsourced accounting firm, the full-time Implementation Staff Accountant will clean up and standardize new clients' QuickBooks Online files, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements, all in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean up and standardize new clients' QuickBooks Online files
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and other balance sheet accounts
• Prepare accurate financial statements and assist with software implementations

Required qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably within public accounting or outsourced environments
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification is preferred
• Solid understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end accounting processes
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
