Implementation Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation of new business sales and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for implementation efforts, ensuring strong client relationships
• Develop detailed work plans and manage onboarding processes for new clients
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to track project status and ensure timely completion of implementation tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 4 years of employee medical benefit implementation experience
• At least 2 years of project management experience preferred
• PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
