Implementation Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of Implementation Analysts, the full-time remote Implementation Supervisor will ensure effective onboarding of new clients, manage operational excellence, and foster a collaborative work environment while handling escalations and building relationships with internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching
• Collaborate on daily operational risk activities to maintain quality and productivity standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and support business goals

Required qualifications

• 2 years of leadership experience in a service or operations role, along with 3-5 years of group benefits service or operations experience
• Strong human relations skills to foster teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and a creative approach to problem-solving
• Remote work capability with access to high-speed internet, located in the United States or Puerto Rico
