Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation & Business Support Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful implementation of small business voice/data products and services, acting as the main point of contact for customers
- Serve as the subject matter expert and provide training and documentation for small business products
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings and participate in special projects related to new technology and customer communication tools
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in telecommunications, customer service, or implementation
- Experience in a direct sales program preferred
- Associate's degree preferred
- Familiarity with products and services offered
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite and customer information systems
