Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation & Business Support Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful implementation of small business voice/data products and services, acting as the main point of contact for customers
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and provide training and documentation for small business products
  • Maintain knowledge of product offerings and participate in special projects related to new technology and customer communication tools


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in telecommunications, customer service, or implementation
  • Experience in a direct sales program preferred
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with products and services offered
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite and customer information systems
