Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Implementation Support Specialist will manage client engagement during the implementation phase, coordinate project timelines, and assist in the deployment of software solutions, all while providing exceptional support remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing assistance via various communication methods
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
- Conduct training sessions for clients' staff and develop comprehensive documentation of implementation processes and project progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or two years of relevant experience and/or training
- Preferred experience in software development, SQL, and/or testing
- Familiarity with a ticketing system and Windows server
- Experience in installing, configuring, and imaging Windows desktops
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
