Implementation Support Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Support Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage client engagement during the implementation phase, coordinate project timelines, and assist in system deployment and training to ensure successful software integration.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing support during the implementation phase
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
- Conduct training sessions for clients' staff and provide ongoing support as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or two or more years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience in software development, SQL, and/or testing
- Familiarity with a ticketing system and Windows server
- Experience in installing, configuring, and imaging Windows desktops
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
