Implementation Systems Architect

Job Summary

To support client onboarding, the full-time remote Implementation Systems Architect will analyze client needs, define system configurations, and lead technical design discussions while collaborating with team members throughout the implementation cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery process to design and document system build specifications
• Validate technical requirements and serve as a liaison between client needs and business objectives
• Coordinate closely with build analysts and provide timely project communication and status updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of Implementation and/or Project Management experience
• 3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, system configuration, and ETL processes
• 1 to 3 years of experience in writing test plans and test cases
• Experience with scripting and/or client-side programming languages
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment
