Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementations Team Lead to oversee a team dedicated to client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, train, and retain a team of analysts and subject matter experts
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions across departments
• Manage performance requirements, schedules, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing Implementation teams
• Strong foundation in accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial markets
• Experience with Project Management tools and MS SQL or similar databases
• Advanced technical skills in MS Office Suite and related tools
