Implementation Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Americas onboarding team, the full-time remote Implementation Team Lead will manage client implementations, recruit and develop consultants, and ensure high-quality customer outcomes while guiding projects through the onboarding journey.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation portfolios, ensuring timely and confident onboarding for clients
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members while promoting a culture of transparency and continuous improvement
• Monitor delivery metrics and intervene early to maintain project health and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or professional services, preferably in the accounting industry
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex escalations
• Familiarity with process mapping and operational best practices
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in guiding customers through change
