Implementation Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the implementation and onboarding function for a portfolio of college and university partnerships, the full-time remote Implementation Team Lead will manage multiple concurrent projects, supervise partner operations managers, and develop repeatable project plans while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio management for new partner implementations, coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing up to 10 concurrent projects
• Supervise two partner operations managers, guiding them on best practices for timely and successful service delivery
• Develop and maintain a risk management framework to anticipate stakeholder needs and keep projects on schedule and within scope

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or account support role with project leadership experience
• Experience leading project managers or implementation teams
• Familiarity with project management practices and tools; CAPM certification is a plus
• Experience with student and higher education data, and proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM
