Implementation Technician

Job Summary

Providing technical support to internal and external teams, the full-time remote Implementation Technician II will handle real-time escalation calls during installations, assist in training technicians, and ensure adherence to high technical standards across deployments.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class technical support to maintain partner and customer relationships
• Troubleshoot real-time technical issues with field technicians during high-pressure situations
• Conduct system checkouts to ensure proper implementation of solutions before sign-off

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Formal technical training is preferred
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Strong technical aptitude, particularly with Linux and Google Workspace
