Implementation Technician
Job Summary
To support customer onboarding, the temporary remote Implementation Technician will set up clients within PAR OPS Insights & Delivery products, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot issues using various tools, including SQL queries.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through the setup process for +Recovery and Delivery Operations via Teams call, phone, or email
- Complete final configuration and validation steps to ensure customers are fully operational
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues, providing feedback on process enhancements and maintaining tracking systems
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of customer service experience or equivalent
- Experience supporting or implementing software products for external customers preferred
- Comfortable working with technical tools and troubleshooting methods, including SQL queries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
