Implementation Tooling Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming manual processes into efficient systems, the full-time remote Implementation Tooling Engineer will own the infrastructure for agency migrations, ensuring data flows reliably and automating repetitive tasks to enhance onboarding efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Turn slow, manual migration steps into bulk, repeatable operations to onboard more agencies without increasing headcount
• Own and maintain partner-network sync infrastructure, ensuring reliable data flow and addressing sync issues proactively
• Consolidate integration logic into shared infrastructure for consistent and maintainable operations across the board

Required qualifications

• Strong backend and data-pipeline engineering experience with a focus on SQL and building reliable systems at scale
• Proven track record of replacing manual processes with adopted tooling that enhances operational efficiency
• Experience managing third-party integrations or syncs, with a solid understanding of data drift and idempotency
• Ability to execute on a planned backlog with minimal oversight, effectively managing trade-offs
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus
