Implementations Associate

Job Summary

To support the integration of digital asset capabilities within financial institutions, the full-time remote Implementations Associate will guide partners through the Metal Pay API integration, assist with account funding and cryptocurrency trading, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Guide partners through the integration of the Metal Pay API and related platform services
• Coordinate technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders to resolve implementation challenges
• Develop implementation guides, technical documentation, and onboarding materials

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or implementation management
• Experience working with credit unions, fintech companies, or financial technology platforms
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and integration architectures
• Experience managing technical projects involving multiple stakeholders and external partners
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
