Implementations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementations Manager responsible for managing the implementation of products or services for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete the customer onboarding process in collaboration with Customer Success Managers
• Manage the transition from the Sales Team to the Customer Success Team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Conduct training sessions for users and monitor customer engagement to ensure ongoing product value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in implementing software solutions
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
• Familiarity with remote work tools and interest in educational technology
