Implementations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementations Manager to drive the successful deployment of their technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery against timeline, scope, budget, and quality targets
• Serve as the primary client point of contact, managing expectations and proactively resolving issues
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows and translate needs into structured implementation plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally with SaaS implementations
• Working knowledge of the legal technology ecosystem, with familiarity in docketing and document management systems preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with implementation/project tools and CRM platforms preferred
