Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementations Manager to oversee customer onboarding and integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the onboarding process and integrate the product into their recruitment tech-stack
• Develop and manage project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Serve as the primary contact for customer integration projects, providing technical support and driving early adoption of the product

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management with experience in customer onboarding for enterprise customers in HR Technology
• Expertise in recruiting systems and integration processes
• Experience in troubleshooting integrated systems and driving adoption for end-users
• Ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation and develop training materials
• Strong preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone
