Implementations Manager

Job Summary

Leading and organizing internal and external resources, the full-time Implementations Manager will manage complex customer installations in data centers, ensuring effective project management and customer onboarding experiences while working remotely two days a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Initiate, define, and evaluate customer projects through communication, contract review, and business analysis
• Assemble comprehensive project plans, managing resources and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and report on project progress, implementing change control and ensuring successful project closure

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in data center and IT infrastructure services
• Extensive experience in large-scale data center builds, migrations, and installations
• Knowledge of telecom, network, cloud services, and IT systems
• BA or BS in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
• PMP certification preferred or equivalent project management experience
