Implementations Manager

Job Summary

To support the Eligibility and Self Pay Focus, the full-time Implementations Manager will manage the implementation of new contracts for clients, ensuring timely processes and effective communication while maintaining positive client relations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with employees and hospital staff to establish processes efficiently
• Conduct implementation meetings with Client Leadership and address client issues promptly
• Provide updated implementation plans and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• 3-5 years of Medicaid/Medicare experience
• 2-4 years of experience leading meetings and interacting with client contacts
• Experience with hospital systems such as STAR, EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and EMTALA regulations preferred
