Implementations Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on the implementation of new contracts for Complex Claims and EBO service lines, the full-time Implementations Manager will manage client relationships, conduct implementation meetings, and ensure timely process setups while working collaboratively with hospital staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of contracts from small to large scale clients, ensuring timely process setups
• Conduct implementation meetings and address client issues promptly to maintain positive client relations
• Provide updated implementation plans and ensure smooth transitions from implementation to operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• 3-5 years of Medicaid/Medicare experience
• 2-4 years of experience leading meetings and interacting with client contacts
• Experience with hospital systems such as STAR, EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech
• Hospital revenue cycle experience
