Import and Export Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Import/Export Manager to lead trade compliance and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade laws and manage a compliance committee
• Supervise trade compliance and brokerage operations while optimizing processes and workflows
• Oversee accurate trade documentation and maintain the centralized Harmonized Tariff Classification database

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in import/export, customs compliance, or trade management
• Experience with ACE Portal, trade compliance systems, and SAP
• Deep understanding of U.S. Customs regulations, tariffs, and trade laws (ITAR, EAR, HTS)
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Certifications in customs/trade compliance are preferred
