Import Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Import Specialist I to process customer data and support the movement of goods across international borders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer service liaison and resolve issues related to billing and shipment tracking
• Process Customs and Participating Government Agency entries for goods clearance into the United States
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations and maintain communication with customers and vendors

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of previous experience as an Import Specialist
• Knowledge of Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) is preferred
• Previous experience with Kewill is a plus
