Import Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Import Specialist will process and integrate customer data, manage import customs documentation, and serve as a liaison between the company and customers while adhering to regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage import documentation for customs clearance, including bills of lading and consulate documents
• Resolve customer issues related to billing and shipment tracking while maintaining strong customer relationships
• Coordinate shipments and ensure compliance with U.S. government regulatory agencies

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customs brokerage experience
• Experience with keying customs entries
