Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shareholder Representative Imports Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and audit post-closing allocation spreadsheets, create guidelines, and manipulate data for import to the system of record
• Manage multiple Shareholder Representative deals, tracking progress and ensuring timely movement through phases
• Ensure accurate data import for reporting to shareholders and maintain updated operations manuals and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 2-3 years of experience as a financial operations analyst
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with sophisticated ERP systems
• Experience in a cross-functional and cross-geographical environment
• High awareness of operational risk and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
