Imports Analyst

Job Summary

Interpreting complex payment and allocation spreadsheets, the full-time remote Imports Analyst will manage data manipulation and import processes into NetSuite, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of shareholder and payment data for M&A transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and interpret closing allocation and payment spreadsheets to ensure data completeness and accuracy before import
• Standardize and manipulate data using established templates for customer data updates in NetSuite
• Perform independent validation of imported data against source documents to confirm accuracy prior to processing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least one year of experience in financial operations, data operations, or an analyst role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data manipulation
• Experience with ERP or financial systems, preferably NetSuite, and adherence to documented procedures
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in large datasets
