Impound Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Impound Coordinator to manage asset recovery operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recovery of collateral by working with field agents and impound locations
• Maintain customer service and update designated accounts throughout the asset recovery process
• Utilize proprietary systems to communicate with clients and manage the lifecycle of each account

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Experience in collections, asset recovery, or collateral repossession is beneficial
• Familiarity with impound protocols and state requirements
• Proficiency in using Google Suite and working with computers
