Job Summary

A company is looking for an Impound Coordinator to manage accounts and coordinate asset recovery efforts remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recovery of collateral by communicating with field agents and impound locations
• Maintain customer service and update designated accounts
• Utilize proprietary systems for asset recovery and ensure compliance with state requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of impound-related experience or equivalent
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Experience with collateral repossession and asset recovery preferred
• Familiarity with G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
