Improvement Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Improvement Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis processes and meetings, coaching teams on identifying causal factors and developing action items
• Coach and advise leaders, staff, and teams on continuous improvement related to patient safety events and concerns
• Manage team dynamics, change management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the improvement process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or 5 years of relevant quality improvement experience
• Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
• 1 year of experience coaching teams and facilitating quality improvement; or 3 years in patient care or a related healthcare role is required
• Experience in facilitating quality improvement in a healthcare setting is preferred
