IMU Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IMU and Gyroscopic Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and select commercial MEMS gyroscopes and accelerometers for products
• Develop algorithms for bias compensation, temperature calibration, and signal conditioning
• Perform analysis of inertial sensor performance and support integration into navigation systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in inertial sensors, MEMS devices, or related systems
• Strong theoretical background in sensor physics, signal processing, and control systems
• Experience with IMU testing equipment and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW)
• Familiarity with inertial navigation systems and mechanical design constraints for inertial sensors
