Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting operations in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping, general ledger, and month-end close processes
• Serve as the primary owner of QuickBooks Online and optimize financial workflows
• Build financial models and provide KPI analysis for executive reporting

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, preferably in a startup
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and monthly close
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and financial modeling in Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow management
• Experience with vendor tax documentation and compliance support
